Discover the elegance of proper table manners. From the correct use of utensils to navigating multiple-course meals, students gain an understanding of how to shine in formal dining settings.

Please let the instructor know what day works best for you at least 3 days in advance.

Let instructor know of any food allergies as soon as possible.

Note: there is a dress code at the restaurant.

The instructor will meet you in the lobby of the restaurant. 

What to expect: 3-Course Meal & Instruction in dining etiquette

Time: 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM (note: may run over to 8:30 PM depending on the pace of the restaurant).

Instruction: American & Continental Dining Styles, Dessert Etiquette, Napkin Etiquette, Bread Etiquette, Placesetting Etiquette, Outside-in Rule, & Table Manners.

Cancellation policy:  If a cancellation is received at least 5 business days before the first lesson, a refund will be issued for the amount minus a 15% administration fee. Cancellations received fewer than 5 business days before the first class will not be refunded. Full fees will be refunded if the NM School of Etiquette cancels a program.
