Job & College Interview Skills
with Natalie Trujillo

Learning to interview well is an important lifelong skill. It can help you get into college and even land a full-time job.
This one-time lesson will focus on developing successful job and college interview skills. How to present yourself over the phone, in an email, and on social networking sites will also be discussed because these can be determining factors when interviewing for a job.
We will have a special guest from the ABQ Job Corp Center, Mr. Nolan Crowell, to talk about his experiences with interviews over the years. He will share valuable information and rescourses with our students that will benefit them in the future!

The goal of this 45 minute hands-on class is to teach students the proper way to eat their dessert, and make it as fun as possible! Students will learn the resting (still eating) positition, and close-out (all done) position; this silent service code is a way for a diner to communicate to waitstaff during a meal to indicate whether the diner is finished with their plate.
